Unit 1 – Identify your “essence in a sentence”

Messaging is the precursor to sales, what you say matters. Your Home Story is EVERYTHING you do. It’s not your marketing slogan; this is different than a mission, vision, values statement. The Home Story explains who you are, what you do, and how you add value.

Unit 2 – Clearly describe “how” you do what you do

Continuing on the journey to simplify your messaging, our next session will be focused on building on the Home Story. Now, in order to frame your offerings, we’ll work on your 3 Routes Home so please bring your list you created in the first session. We’ll be using that and building on that week after week.

Unit 3 – Discover the power of consistency

By implementing the Playlist (which are consistent phrases) element, you add the key of consistency to your map. Discover how consistently sharing your playlist will create your audience to ask for your process by name.

Unit 4 – Streamline your concepts into a unified theme

We’ll be packaging everything into a theme so that your messaging ties things together. This helps with the culture of your team/office and if you don’t have one yet … soon it will help them understand it so everything remains consistent.

Unit 5 – Take back your day

Your dashboard can assemble your annual plan into quarterly goals, monthly themes, weekly focus and daily action.

Unit 6 – Measure your magic metrics

As discussed in the past session, please identify your current prospecting list and client list so you can begin plugging in the numbers. This will be an ongoing element but we’ll update the other side of your dashboard down so you know your numbers.
