This agreement, between Mark Jamnik and Client will begin on the first date in signature section and will continue for a minimum of 48 sessions over the year. Payment of $13,500 is due prior to beginning coaching. Payment in Full includes a $1,500 discount from the $15,000 Sales Process Annual Program.
The complete fees for this time period are:
A) One (1) Sales Mapping Day (including Mindmap, templates and worksheets needed for annual program) is $2,000.
B) The session fees for up to forty eight (48) sessions are $12,000. Individual session rate is $250.
C) The fees for up to four (4) quarterly internal team meeting are $1,000. Meeting rate is $250.
D) Up to six (6) internal and six (6) external interviews to capture important communication details up to 6 hours included. $600 waived
The service provided to the client by Mark Jamnik is professional coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching may address specific career goals, business successes, personal projects, and general conditions in the client's life.
The time agreement is:
A) An initial Roadtrip day eight (8) hours.
B) Up to forty eight (48) 1 hour Sessions.
C) Up to four (4) Quarterly Team Meetings of 1 hour.
D) Up to twelve (12) 30 min internal/external interviews.
The client and Mark Jamnik agree to provide one another with a 2 week notice and schedule a "completion" meeting/call in the event it is desired to cancel further services.
It is understood that any alteration in the initial time requirements may cause an adjustment in the program investment.
Mark Jamnik promises the above named client that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential, within the law. I respect your willingness to be truthful, and I will treat this information as a special confidence.
You can count on me to be honest and straightforward; asking questions and making requests. One of the main purposes of our interaction is to focus the client on their commitments and to coach the client to realize those commitments.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights existing prior to the Effective Date will belong to the party that owned such rights immediately prior to the Effective Date. Neither party will gain by virtue of this Agreement any rights of ownership of copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights owned by the other. Coach will own all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, title and interest in or pertaining to all works developed by Coach for purposes of this Agreement.
