I found my equilibrium walking 500 miles across Spain on El Camino de Santiago in June, 2013. I walked every day, 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for 32 days from southern France to the city of Santiago and the bones of the Apostle St. James. It’s a 1200 year old route made famous in America by the movie, The Way, with Martin Sheen.
