Jay is the “graphics guy” behind the scenes at Sum and Substance. He discusses how he took a blank slate and turned it into the brand that is Sum and Substance.

- Encouragement: “Don’t get discouraged by humble beginnings.”
- Focus: Come back to purpose, this a guiding principle. If it doesn’t focus on the core mission, put it into an archive bin and come back later.
