Had to visit Jiro’s restaurant in Tokyo. There is a documentary called “Jiro Dreams of Sushi.” It discusses his work ethic over 85 years perfecting sushi making. I didn’t end up eating there, however, the amount of time, energy and effort he has put into learning the art of sushi making is impressive. Enjoy!
