I share a bit from my walk around the Temple grounds during my last day staying in Kyoto. There was a peaceful, calm, stillness on the grounds and the Monks that passed by. I thoroughly enjoyed staying on the Shunkoin Temple grounds where I was able to to a meditation class with Rev. Takafumi. He taught breathing and posture during the Mindful meditation.
